Dr. James L. Rutkowski earned his dental degree at University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1n 1976. He is currently President of the Clarion Research Group and the American Board of Oral Implantology / Implant Dentistry. He is a clinical instructor for the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the State University of New York at Buffalo. Publications include textbook author “Chapter 23: Pharmacology for Implant Dentistry” Fonsecas Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery 2nd Edition. Elsevier Inc. Lecture topics include head and neck anatomy and pharmacology.

 
 
 
Dr. Kim Laurell, DDS, MS

Dr. Kim Laurell is a 1976 graduate of the Ohio State University College of Dentistry and received a Master of Science in Prosthodontics in 1986. He was a full-time faculty member at OSU for 20 years and coordinated the fixed prosthodontics portion of the Advanced Prosthodontic Residency Program. He maintains a Prosthodontics practice geared toward aesthetic dentistry, full mouth rehabilitation using fixed, removable and implant prosthodontics and the treatment of Temporomandibular disorders.
 
 
 
Vickie McCune
Director of Surgical Assistants Development Program

Vickie McCune started in dentistry in 1978 as a dental assistant. She has lectured and been part of the training staff of the Midwest Implant Institute for 17 years. She continually lectures at MII and on the national scale, including her most recent lecture on “Surgical Sterile Protocol Technique” at the 2009 American Academy of Implant Dentistry National Meeting.
